The Hamptons Bakery is a relaxed, spacious café offering exquisite modern cuisine, with a particular focus on artisan bread and pastries. Opening its doors in July 2016, it is the latest offering from the well-renowned Tommy Collins Group.
After working passionately in Melbourne’s hospitality scene for years and opening a number of venues, it became clear to the group that that there was a gap in the market: a place where one could enjoy all the luxuries of a Melbourne café with the addition of fresh bread and pastries baked exclusively in-house.
Designed by Ewert Leaf, the vibrant interior incorporates elements of class and sophistication that one might find in Long Island, whilst evoking a casual, beachside vibe that is distinctively Bayside.
Coupled with the smell of freshly baked bread, this unsuspecting oasis offers a lovely space to escape to for breakfast or lunch. At The Hamptons Bakery our approach toward hospitality is simple – Great Food, Great Coffee and Great Service.
